Jeddah Governor Reviews Red Crescent Operational Plan for Receiving Pilgrims

His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah, received today at the Governorate headquarters Naif bin Saleh Al-Ghamdi, Director of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority’s Jeddah branch.
During the meeting, His Highness reviewed the operational plan prepared to receive pilgrims through the entry points in Jeddah Governorate, as well as the emergency medical and logistical services to be provided during this year’s Hajj season. The plan aims to ensure rapid response and enhance the readiness of emergency teams to serve pilgrims from the moment of their arrival. He also listened to an explanation of the Authority’s key initiatives and field plans, along with coordination mechanisms with relevant entities, aimed at improving the quality of emergency services and achieving the highest standards of safety and healthcare for pilgrims.
He emphasized the importance of integrating efforts among various government and service entities to provide the best services to pilgrims, in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership—may God support it—to provide everything that ensures pilgrims’ comfort and safety while performing the Hajj rituals.
