The Authority stated that medical cases accounted for the largest proportion of reports, totaling 173,282 cases, while ambulance teams responded to 28,821 road traffic accidents and other types of incidents.
Jeddah Governorate recorded the highest number of medical cases, with 93,108 cases, followed by Makkah with 80,963 cases, and Taif Governorate with 28,032 cases, reflecting the growing demand for emergency medical services across the region.
As part of its specialized emergency medical services, the Authority conducted 450 air ambulance missions, contributing to the rapid transport of critical patients to specialized health-care facilities and ensuring timely access to medical care.
Ambulance teams also responded to 434 cases through the cardiac emergency pathway, including 230 cases in Jeddah, 173 in Makkah, and 31 in Taif. These cases were managed through approved clinical pathways designed to reduce the time required to reach specialized cardiac centers and improve survival outcomes.
Under the stroke pathway, SRCA managed 465 cases, including 228 in Jeddah, 187 in Makkah, and 50 in Taif. The integrated response system supports rapid assessment and transport within the critical treatment window, helping reduce complications and improve recovery outcomes.
