SRCA Al-Qassim and High Care Medical Form EMS Partnership

In a strategic step toward strengthening integration between emergency medical and health-care services, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority branch in Al-Qassim signed a memorandum of understanding with High Care Medical Company to develop pre-hospital care services and enhance emergency response efficiency, contributing to improved health-care services for the community.
The agreement focuses on unifying operational efforts and integrating medical resources between both parties to support faster response times and improve the quality of ambulance services.
The memorandum aims to support EMS and operational services, improve medical response efficiency, enhance community health awareness, and develop the skills of health-care and emergency personnel according to the latest professional standards.
As part of operational readiness efforts, the Medical Affairs Department at the SRCA Al-Qassim branch supervised a specialized training program titled “Medical Protocols – Life Ambassador,” targeting staff of High Care Medical Center to improve emergency performance and qualify personnel based on approved standards.
The training initiative also supports integrating the company’s personnel with EMS units operating within the third sector framework, enhancing field coordination and rapid response capabilities.
Following the completion of the integrated operational plan for the third sector service coverage, the official launch of the service took place on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the company’s headquarters.
The launch ceremony was attended by the Director General of SRCA Al-Qassim branch, Mr. Khalid bin Saleh Al-Khudhr, Assistant Director for Ambulance Operations Mr. Sultan Al-Awad, High Care Medical Company General Manager Mr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al-Muzaini, the Chief Paramedic of the third sector, and several specialists.
This partnership reflects ongoing efforts to enhance ambulance services and strengthen health-care integration in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and quality-of-life objectives.
