The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) is a Saudi government entity that provides emergency medical services to citizens and residents across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, both under normal circumstances and during disasters and emergencies. The Authority also contributes to raising health awareness within the community.               In addition to the legal bases set out above, the Authority may process personal data on the following grounds:<\/p>\n

SRCA will assess the request and take the appropriate action after ensuring compliance with applicable legal obligations, including any requirements relating to archiving in the public interest and the retention of personal data associated with financial or legal claims until the purpose for retaining such data has been fulfilled.<\/li>\n
