The first is providing standardized and effective emergency medical services by expanding emergency medical coverage, enhancing response speed, and improving outcomes for critical cases. The second focuses on achieving sustainability and diversity in funding by improving operational efficiency and diversifying sources of support, contributing to the continued development of emergency medical services.       <br\/>The third pillar aims to enhance community readiness to respond to emergency medical situations in public places by raising awareness and providing first-aid training.
