The Saudi Red Crescent Authority announces the “Digital Report” service provided by the Digital Government Authority, aimed at empowering beneficiaries to contribute to improving and developing government services easily and efficiently.
- Visit National Portal for Government Services by using IAM (Nafath)
- Insert personal information, i.e., phone Number and e-mail
- Select the platform that you are reporting about.
- Select the related service that you are reporting about.
- Add a description and title for your complaint, then submit it.
- You will receive an SMS that includes the report number.
- Receiving a notification from the Beneficiaries Engagement Center (Amer) that indicates your complaint has been escalated to the portal’s which is the government agency.
- Receiving a notification upon addressing the complaint.

No previous complaint with the Beneficiaries Engagement Center (Amer) for the same digitizing a service request
